Chef Emily Dobbs shared her favourite Sri Lankan-inspired recipes for every meal and season, including breakfast, short eats, and a selection of curries and their accompaniments.
During this cooking class, Chef Dobbs presented traditional and original puddings to finish off a meal and tips on how to make your own curry using typical Sri Lankan ingredients.
