Sonali Fiske (she/her) is a Sri Lankan-born, California-grown leadership consultant, TEDx Speaker, and founder of Roots & Reclaim. She helps women of colour leaders clarify their global message through the power of storytelling, narrative-building frameworks, and media training — amplifying voices too often left suppressed and unheard. A lifelong advocate for cultural truth-telling, Sonali has led leadership and storytelling intensives for First Nations communities, the International Museum of Dance, Syrian women leaders, and changemakers across continents. She formerly served as Executive Producer & Curator of TEDxDelthorneWomen, where she helped shape one of the most racially and culturally diverse TEDx events in the U.S. Now living near the vast Pacific Ocean — her haven and constant muse — Sonali draws strength from both her island birthplace and her diasporic journey.
