Vikrom Mathur
Climate & Sustainability Researcher
Vikrom Mathur is the Founding Director of Transitions Research, a social science collective working at the intersection of technology, society, and sustainability. His work explores the social dimensions of climate change in India, focusing on how political, cultural, and behavioural shifts can drive more sustainable and equitable futures.
He is also developing a program that examines cultural responses to climate change, highlighting the role of art and literature in shaping public imagination and inspiring policy action. Vikrom holds a D.Phil. from Oxford University’s Institute for Science, Society, and Innovation, and is a Senior Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation and the Centre for Social and Behavioural Change, as well as an Associate Fellow at the Stockholm Environment Institute.
Dileep-Mudadeniya
With over two decades of leadership experience in the tourism industry, Dileep Mudadeniya has established himself as a prominent figure in strategic planning, marketing, and communication.
Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Alliances and Partnerships at John Keells Leisure, as well as the Head of Corporate Affairs at John Keells PLC, he brings a wealth of expertise to his roles. He is also the chairman of national tourism advisory committee and a board member of Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA).
Dileep’s career highlights include his instrumental role in effectively positioning and enhancing the brand equity of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. He is known for spearheading multi-faceted communications campaigns and signature events that not only elevate the visibility of Cinnamon but also promote Sri Lanka as a premier travel destination on a global scale.
Prior to his current roles, Dileep served in various capacities within the public sector, notably as additional director general of Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority and the first managing director of Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau. Dileep is an alumnus of the University of Colombo, an Attorney-at-Law, and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is a Chartered Marketer, and also holds a MBA in Marketing
Balaji K. Srinivasan
Balaji K. Srinivasan is an entrepreneur, venture advisor, and legal professional with a global track record spanning technology, healthcare, and corporate law.
He was the co-founder and President of Counsyl, a genomics company acquired by Myriad Genetics, and also co-founded and previously served as CEO of Hashflow, a leading fintech platform. Earlier in his career, Balaji held leadership roles at Google, where he advised on intellectual property and technology transactions.
A graduate of Harvard Law School and Stanford University, he began his legal career at top global firms including Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Kirkland & Ellis, specializing in M&A, private equity, and technology deals.
