Dilin is an independently minded hospitality leader with a strong exposure to boutique hotels both locally and internationally. Following a sabbatical in South East Asia, he returned to Sri Lanka with a fresh perspective.

Imbued with a firm devotion to food and wine, paired with an intrinsic love for service and locally inspired experiences, he currently heads a nature-inspired resort under the much admired Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) in Galle, Sri Lanka.

Dilin is a transformational travel enthusiast with a passion for scuba diving, architecture and island living. Settling in Galle has also meant a return to his roots, paying homage to his mother’s birthplace in the rural riviera of the coastal south, where half of his hospitality genes come from.
