Gourmet Galle

Born from the success of our culinary events, Galle Literary Festival is proud to bring you, Gourmet Galle
Each weekend between January and March, Gourmet Galle will host an internationally renowned chef in different boutique venues across the South Coast. 
Briefed to design a menu from local produce, the chefs will be bringing you a gourmet dinner in their signature style followed by a masterclass every Sunday for the budding cook. From hill top cooking with fire to beachside seafood feasts, the programme promises to season your visit with food for thought.
