Nadeesha is a journalist turned writer of 13-ish years who loves to travel, meet people, and bring life to their stories. She has co-authored a Sri Lankan horror/occult short story collection with her mother Chandrika Gadiewasam, who also loves writing. Titled Water in My Grave, the collection is inspired by the mysterious stories and legends which Nadeesha has heard on her travels around Sri Lanka. A weaver of words and a lover of getting lost in a jungle or in her own mind, she believes writing to be a beautiful form of connection and expression, much like dancing. She teaches commercial and digital writing to young writers while also contributing to travel content with brands such as iDiscover Maps.
