The award-winning Fuchsia Dunlop, trained as a chef in China in the 1990s and has been researching and writing about Chinese food for more than 20 years. She is considered one of the great experts on Chinese cuisine.
Join her for an inspiring, hands-on introduction to some of the cooking techniques of the Jiangnan region in eastern China, an area renowned for centuries for its exquisite cuisine and sophisticated gastronomic culture.
The class will be followed by a delicious lunch of your own creation. Chinese food will never be the same!
