It was in 1540 that one of Catherine de Medici’s pastry chefs came up with the recipe for choux pastry, which soon became a classic recipe across France and Italy.

Now, here in Galle, Chef Jason Licker will teach you how to make and use pâte à choux pastry as a base for some incredible desserts.
