Muslim Kitchen Demonstration

The Crescent Ladies Welfare Association of Galle Fort are delighted to share their culinary traditions with you. Enjoy a welcome drink and starters whilst observing the making of a classic biriyani, vegetable curry, chicken kurma and more, based on recipes which have been passed down through generations. Tuck in to lunch together, before leaving with a booklet of recipes, ready to recreate these flavoursome favourites at home.
