A much-loved face on British television, Louise Minchin presented the UK’s most-watched morning programme, BBC Breakfast, for 20 years. Her first book Dare to Tri, recounts her experience of representing Great Britain as an endurance athlete. She has since penned Fearless: Adventures with Extraordinary Women, and Isolation Island, a thriller published in 2024. Louise is joined by Hen Tatham for a conversation about her life and work.
