This website is owned and operated by Galle Festival Guarantee Ltd These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the Galle Literary Festival programme. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The following terms and conditions apply to Galle Literary Festival 2024 tickets. By buying or being issued with tickets, all recipients of tickets (“you”) including the original buyer (“the Buyer”) are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Refunds

We do not issue refund on purchased tickets except for the below reasoning:

Event Cancellation

Refunds will be offered in certain circumstances when an event is abandoned or curtailed. The total refund for a ticket shall be the face value of the ticket purchased.  The cost of personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality, or accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.

In the case of event cancellation, one of the team will contact you within 30 days of cancellation for a full refund. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

We reserve the right to change the advertised show date and show schedule of events without notice or liability, where it is necessary to do so.
